Wellstone Technologies is a 100% African American owned DBE providing project management, talent acquisition and training services to companies ranging from startups to large enterprises. We have been delivering value to customers for the last 20 years.
Our approach
In creating Wellstone Technologies, the founders are realizing a personal passion - to make the technology sector more diverse. Wellstone emerged from the work of The ITEM, Inc., a Pennsylvania non profit that provides an on ramp for people of color into the technology sector. We are leveraging our strong track record and knack for developing and placing talent to serve our client base.
Staffing
If your company wants to diversify its recruitment channels, now it can with us. Do it for the money; more diverse companies enjoy greater returns. We have particular expertise with placing senior level developers, product managers and IT executives among a variety of clients including small local market clients, national Tier 1 partners and publicly traded companies. To date more than 85% of the candidates we have placed are racial and/or gender minorities.
Training
Wellstone delivers technology training to entry level professionals with no experience in technology to corporate IT departments seeking to up-skill their senior professionals with the latest cloud technologies.
